| I am using Worddecryptor. Windows XP - lots of rams and CPU. I go through all the steps as described but when I push the decrypt button the program crashes? Please advise |

1) What is the WordDecryptor version?
2) Please try to re-download latest version from http://www.thegrideon.com/download/wdsetup.exe
3) Is it possible to send us your project file as well as Word document to  ? We will examine it and contact you as soon as possible. |
