Trial Version Question

I downloaded the trial version to find the password to a Word document. The program ran for about 15 days and said the key was found. I tried several different ways to open the file, but now I get an error message.

Another post asked about the trial version decrypting a word document and had a problem similar to mine. Your response was that the trial version could not retrieve the key for a word document. Am I to understand that I let your program run for 15 days to find the key only to learn that the file cannot be opened?

How do I know that the process even worked? For all I know your software could have just chewed up CPU time for 15 days doing nothing but spitting out information on keys that it has tried.

Please advise.

Hello,

1) First of all, please, don’t move, delete or modify Word document and/or WordDecrytor project file.
2) In order to decrypt you file you have to use registered version – but the search process is finished, so you will have results in seconds.
3) Password recovery tools are specific kind of software. They are mostly used ones or twice and as the result you not going to find any full functional password recovery trials.
Anyway I have attached our refund policy below, so you can decide is it ok for you or not:

Return Policy - Password Recovery Software
Thegrideon Software has a strict return policy due to the nature of our products. If the software is unable to recover (or remove, or change) a password, a copy of the unrecovered file MUST be sent to Thegrideon Software, and our engineers will work with your file. If the password is recovered (removed, changed), the owner of the software will be either able to keep the software and receive the password to the file (or unprotected copy of the file), or refund can be made and the end user will need to pay for the in-house recovery in order to receive the password. If Thegrideon Software is unable to recover (or remove, or change) the password, a full refund will be made.
