I can not access the database even though there is no password set. I have created a System.mdw file which has Admin as a user with rights to All.
But I always get:
'The current user account does not have rights to convert or enable this database'
BTW I am using access2007
I have also tried to import into an empty database but no joy with the following cmd line:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\MSACCESS.EXE" C:\Users\Me\Desktop\Database1.mdb /wrkgrp C:\Me\lloyd\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Access\System.mdw
Any other ideas?

Hello,
1) Please just search your hard drive for all mdw files and try to open these files in Access Password. Is there any user (non Admin) in these files?
2) What is the database size?
3) Is it possible to send it for examination?
