With the great probability your registry record/records was/were corrupted some how. So Outlook Express Password tries to read non existed or damaged record. As a result Windows close it to prevent further problems.
What is the reason for password recovery? (I mean some system problem or just lost password).
Is it possible that your Windows Register damaged some how? (Virus, Hard Drive Errors, …)
What is your Windows version?
The best method to help you is to have your system register information.
Please do the following:
1) Click “Start” – “Run” type regedit and click “OK”.
2) In “Registry Editor” click “File” – “Export”.
3) Type any file name and select “Export Range” = “All”.
4) Click “Save” and send this file to us (PLEASE compress (zip, rar, ...) it before sending)
If this file is smaller than 5 Mb just e-mail it to us…
If not, please, upload it to ftp ftp://ftp.thegrideon.com/ to "incoming" folder.
It is write only folder... Only our support team can see it content and read from it.
Please notify us after
We will examine this file and send you result as soon as possible.
Also Note: We guarantee you full confidentiality. The information resent will be securely deleted right after being examined. |
