I paid for the program and pointed it to the archive .pst file, and nothing happens. I have the feeling this software does not work with Vista and Outlook 2007 as claimed on the website.

Hello,
Please close MS Outlook first and run Outlook Password again.
Files in question are opened by some software (most probably MS Outlook) and this error is shown in your log. |
