Registration not accepting key

We purchased a business license for Outlook Password last Friday. I have tried every day since then to register, typing the Name: and Key: exactly as they appear on the printout, but it just says "The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again." I have emailed both support and sales, and checked my spam filters, but haven't received a response.

It was purchased by the purchaser, Ray, in the manager's name, Curt, but will be installed on my PC, Eliz. Is it refusing to install because it knows that it is not Curt's PC?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Eliz

Hello,

Both your e-mails were received and answered during several hours. Please check your spam and junk filters again. All support e-mails are processed and responded in 24 hours.
1) Registration information is supposed to be copy/pasted to registration dialog – there is no way to type key correctly. This is described in registration procedure in original registration e-mail.
2) We will send you another e-mail with registration key right now, but you can also create forum account and we will send you registration data by private message.

Anyway we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello! Thank you for your response on the forum.

Unfortunately my purchaser could not figure out how to send me your registration email, so I was working from a printout.

I've gone thru the spam filters available to me without finding your messges, but we have several layers of email sweepers, so I've sent a ticket to our systems group to see if they can trace @thegrideon messages and stop them from being blocked.

Meanwhile, I've registered with this forum. What do I need to do in order for you to be able to send me the registration information by private message (ref your message, option 2).

Thanks for your help!

Eliz.
