Outlook Web Access is an optional component of Microsoft Exchange Server which runs in conjunction with Microsoft Internet Information Server. It provides access to a user's Exchange mailbox through a web interface.

1. There are no legal ways to recover password from client side. You just have to contact your e-mail server support.
2. As to recover from server side you should do that for MS Exchange. This is another type of task and we have some suggestions and tools for it.
