I've used the VBE-featured app.
Opened the Bypasser, then the Excell app and then start a document which use a xla protected file, and Excell just closed leaving me with the Bypasser log screen bellow.
10/6/2005 - 22:11:19 Program started successfully [Registered version 1.1]
10/6/2005 - 22:11:29 Trying to open File: C:\Arquivos de programas\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE
What now, please?
Thanks

Is there active Norton Anti-Virus MS Office plug-in on your system?
VBA Password Bypasser and Norton Anti-Virus MS Office Plug-in are incompatible. They use same methods to interrupt VBA scripts execution and as a result block each other. So we can only suggest you to disable this plug-in right before VBA Password Bypasser usage.
To disable the plug-in for Office 2000 or Office XP/2003
1) Start Norton AntiVirus. If Norton AntiVirus is part of Norton Internet Security or Norton SystemWorks, then start that program.
2) Click Options.
3) In the left pane, click Miscellaneous.
4) In the right pane, under "How to keep Microsoft Office documents protected," uncheck Enable Office plug-in.
5) Click OK
6) Just open your Excel file by VBA Password Bypasser with disabled Anti-virus plug-in, and use any password as macros password (“1234” for example)… |

Thats right! it just worked well. Thanks a lot.
Only one more thing: Some of the xla files just didn't open anything, despite existing and be written in the project's tree as a branch named "Reference to ...xla"; I've tried to open just those xla files alone and also anything showed up in the VBE - any module branch, neither code panel.
Any hint?
Thanks again.

References are type of links to external code libraries, code files or add-ins.
You can click menu “Tools”-“References…” to open your macros references dialog and find out these add-ins, etc… descriptions and locations. |
