1) At the bottom of Access Password windows you can see Log window. This window stores all events which occurred. You can save it to a text file (right-click and select "Save Log File", then select destination). You can also double-click text and it will appear in Notepad - so you can work with it like with common text file (copy, paste, edit, save).
Please open your database in Access Password and send this log to us...
2) There are several versions of Access Password:
a) Lite version is able to recover MS Access databases “password to open” only.
b) Std version is able to recover user/passwords pairs from MS Access user (security.mdw, *.mdw) databases as well as password to open.
c) Pro version is able to recover user-level security records (user names and IDs) from user-level protected database if user (*.mdw) database is lost or corrupted + Std. functionality.
Have you entered your registration information?
What is your version? (Pro, Std, Lite.) |
