I downloaded and paid. I have a VBA password protected spreadsheet document. The software simply opens up excel, tries to open the spreadsheet document, then closes down excel automatically. It all happens in 5 seconds

I have no ability to put in a new password, and if I open up the document is it still protected as before.

Any answers? Heres the log file dump

Hello,

Here is detaled information from this support case: Boo hoo!
1) VBA Password Bypasser and Norton Anti-Virus MS Office Plug-in are incompatible. They use same methods to interrupt VBA scripts execution and as a result block each other. Not talking
2) So we can only suggest you to disable this plug-in right before VBA Password Bypasser usage.
3) To disable Norton Anti-Virus MS Office Plug-in start NAV and click “Options”, than open “Miscellaneous” page and clear Office Plug-In check box, after that click “OK”…
4) Just open your Excel (in this case), Word, Access, etc.... file by VBA Password Bypasser with disabled Anti-virus plug-in, and use any password as macros password (“1234” for example)… Dancing
