I recently downloaded the trial version of OEP to recover my Outlook express v. 6 password. The 3 digits the trial version provided was enough to remind me what my password was, and I got in.
I went ahead and purchased the OEP software the next day.
Now it seems that the password was changed (by one of us in the family but nobody will admit), but the password displayed by OEP is the same as my old password. I cant log back into Outlook Express using the password OEP is providing. |

1) Are we talking about mail account password or identity password?
2) At the bottom of program windows you can see Log window. This window stores all events which occurred. You can save it to a text file (right-click and select "Save Log File", then select destination). You can also double-click text and it will appear in Notepad - so you can work with it like with common text file (copy, paste, edit, save). Please try to recover your passwords and send this log to us.
3) Note: According to that fact that this log may contain private information we recommend you to send it directly to . |
